This Terms and Conditions Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between WorshipTeamCoach.com, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller," and You, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer." The Buyer hereby agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below:

**Product Description:**
The Product, referred to as "Lead Worshiper 101," is a course, program, or item as specified in the accompanying purchase documentation.

**Refund and Cancellation Policy:**
1. The Buyer acknowledges that this purchase is non-refundable.
2. Regardless of whether the Buyer uses or accesses the Product, the Buyer agrees to fulfill the entire payment obligation as outlined in this Agreement.
3. In the event of cancellation or failure to make any installment payment, the Seller reserves the right to take appropriate legal action to recover any outstanding amounts owed.

**Transfer of Ownership:**
1. Ownership of the Product will remain with the Seller until the total payment amount is received in full.

**Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**
1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio.
2. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Butler County.

**Entire Agreement:**
1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Seller and the Buyer and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

By executing this Agreement, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated herein. The Buyer also acknowledges that they are legally bound to fulfill the payment obligations outlined in this Agreement.
